BYRÖN Contemporary Luxury Men’s Clothing Branding Identity
Overview
BYRÖN is a concept for BYRÖN is a men’s fashion store in Copenhagen that caters to style-conscious men aged 20 to 35. Even though the brand was well known, it was losing its appeal with its main audience, so the team decided it was time for a refresh. My goal was to create a brand and visual identity that shows modern masculinity, sophistication, and style.

Logo Development
I created the BYRÖN logo to reflect both sophistication and simplicity. I used a modern sans-serif font and turned the "Y" into a stylized tie. This design highlights the brand’s modern, luxurious feel, helps it stand out in the market, and makes it memorable to younger customers.
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Color Palette Creation
To immediately evoke class and timelessness in the primary logo, I chose a bluish-teal gradient paired with a deep black palette. Gray tones further support the palette, adding a trace of luxury while keeping the look clean. I aimed to reflect BYRÖN's mission to offer modern, luxurious clothing for people who appreciate refined and avant-garde design.
Typography Formation
I picked Lato as the main font because it is clear and has a modern look. For the body text, I chose Meno Display, a classic serif, to convey a sense of tradition along with elegance. Combining these modern and traditional fonts shows that the brand prizes both innovation and timeless quality.
Stationery Production
The stationery suite, including business cards, letterhead, and envelopes, directly increased the brand's perceived exclusivity and helped attract new clients in the target age range. By adopting a minimalist aesthetic, high-quality materials, and bold, simple typography, we reinforced the brand’s modern style. The business cards' matte finish and embossed logos, the letterheads’ clean layouts, and the envelopes’ subtle details all contributed to an integrated visual identity.
Marketing Collateral Conception
As part of the marketing collateral for BYRÖN, I created a series of print ads for magazines and a lookbook. The print ads use eye-catching photography, impactful copy, and distinctive branding to attract a targeted audience quickly. At the same time, the lookbook showcases the collection with vibrant images and deliberate design, blending an editorial feel with a clear story.
